Put simply, we’ve been helping adults in Manchester successfully achieve their swimming goals since 2009!

Over this time we’ve evolved and developed our how we do this. We offer a variety services to help you get the most from your swimming. These include pool sessions, open water sessions, 1-2-1s, group and Swim Smooth sessions.

We’ve helped hundreds of swimmers and from experience we know that everyone is different and the same is true with our swimming; we all have different reasons why ‘Swimming Matters’ to us, different starting points and different aims. Our company motto is think differently’ and this is reflected with our bespoke approach to your swimming.

To make it easier for you to find out more about what we can do for you, we’ve loosely grouped them into 5 main categories:

Learn to swim 

Click on this section  if you are new to swimming, nervous about swimming or feel like you can’t swim.

Rest assured, you are not alone, 20% of adults in the UK describe themselves as not being able to swim (source Swim England).

Click on this section if you are interested in learning or improving your swimming to help you stay healthy or to help manage a health condition. Your medical professional may have recommended that swimming is the best exercise for you and you’re after some help to make the most of your time in the pool.

Fitness

Click on this section if you are looking at improving your swimming to be able to include it as part of your fitness routine. Be that for swimming regularly in the pool, to challenge yourself to open water swims e.g. the Great Swim Series, to tackle a triathlon or a career specific fitness test. It may also be that you’re an aspiring  performance swimmer.

Click on this section if you already have a high level of skill and who want to make refinements to their technique. Be that for faster triathlons, 70.3, Ironman triathlons, open water swims, or even the English Channel.

In 2019 we teamed up with Salford Watersports Centre at Salford Quays and we are excited to be able to offer a range of open water options for you. Whether you’re looking to enjoy the freedom swimming outdoors brings by escaping the chlorine and the black line or for an event such as the Great Swim Series or a Triathlon; we can support you with your goal.
